Is the pool heated?

Yes, the pool is a heated saltwater pool, perfect for relaxing any time.

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets to keep the space allergy-friendly.

Jet ski and boat use is negotiable depending on your stay and timing—just ask us! A boat captain can also be provided

Yes, the Upper Paugussett State Forest hiking trails are just a short walk or drive from the property for easy nature walks. There are countless other hiking locations around the lake, including, Lover’s Leap State Park, Pryden Falls and Rocky Glenn Scenic Reserve

Many great high end and family-friendly restaurants are within a 10-minute drive from the house.

Is there a grill

Yes, there is a Weber genesis grill available for use on the upper deck

Is the lake busy?

The lake is generally quiet. The house is located on a cove with minimal boat traffic. Directly across the lake is the Paugussett State forest, it is a peaceful view aside from the occasional hiker!

Is there fishing?

The lake is a fishers paradise, having a healthy population of largemouth bass, smallmouth bass, crappie, perch, northern pike, and catfish. Basic fishing gear is provided or bring your own! What lake toys are provided?

Life jackets to fit everyone, three kayaks, inflatable tubes, lake matt, kick boards, noodles, lots of pool toys!

Is there a firepit?

Yes, there is a wood burning firepit at the pool terrace

Are there a washer and dryer

Yes there is a laundry room for use, detergent is included.

Is the kitchen full equipped?

Yes, the kitchen has everything you will need (except food!) Most importantly a coffee machine that will take either keurig pods or ground coffee. Coffee filters provided.

Are linens provided?

All linens are provided, including pool towels.
